On February 27th, DIFO’s CEO has considered the application from a private company on behalf of the individual Søren, (the rest of the name anonymised), for membership on behalf of the board based on a mandate given by the board.
The private company does not meet the requirements set out in DIFO’s articles of association - §3, that states, that any organization with a legal activity that represents an important part of the internet community can be admitted as a member of DIFO.
The application has therefore been denied.

On December 18th, DIFO’s CEO has considered the application from the private individual Kim, (the rest of the name anonymised), for membership on behalf of the board based on a mandate given by the board.
Since Kim, (the rest of the name anonymised), is a private individual, he does not meet the requirements set out in DIFO’s articles of association - §3, that states, that any organization with a legal activity that represents an important part of the internet community can be admitted as a member of DIFO.
