User surveys

Every year Punktum dk conducts a larger user survey to examine the users’ attitude toward the administration of .dk. Punktum dk uses the results to find out what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

The surveys are distinguished between registrant, which are all end-users, and registrars, which are the resellers of the .dk domain names.
